AI-native contact center

Every customer gets an answer.

AI answers your calls, chats and messages the moment they arrive — answers the question, books the job, takes the details — and passes anything it shouldn't handle to your team, with the whole conversation already written down.

Three things, on every conversation

Everything on this site is one of these. It is worth knowing which one you are shopping for.

01  Answer

The AI takes the conversation

It picks up in about a second on any channel, answers from your own content, books the appointment or takes the details, and acts in your systems through a permissioned, audited connection. When it should not handle something, it hands over — to the right queue, with the context already on the agent's screen.

How the AI works →

02  Assist

Your people get help while they work

A suggested reply grounded in your knowledge base, next-best actions, and live sentiment while the conversation is still open. After the call, the summary and a suggested disposition are written for the agent rather than by them.

Supervision & quality →

03  Improve

You find out what actually happened

Every transcribed call and ended chat graded against your own QA form — not a 2% sample — with calibration to check your reviewers agree. Reporting by queue, agent or number, or asked in plain English and saved to re-run weekly.

Measured, not claimed

Every figure here came off the production system. Where something has not been measured, the security page says so rather than implying otherwise.

What "AI-native" means here

Every vendor in this category now claims it. The difference is architectural, and you can hear it on the call.

The usual approach

A bot placed in front of a phone system

The bot and the contact center are separate products stitched together. So the handoff loses context and the customer repeats themselves; the bot can't be supervised, recorded or reported on beside your team; and a caller who wants a person has to get past it first.

How this is built

An agent the router rings like any other

The AI is an endpoint the distributor dials exactly as it dials a person, so it inherits the whole platform: queues, skills, transfers, recording, wallboard, supervision and reporting. A handoff is an internal transfer rather than an integration, which is why the context survives it.

01

It cannot go off-script

Platform guardrails sit in a locked layer your own instructions cannot override, and the AI discloses that it is an AI. Every action it takes runs through an audited sandbox where writes need confirmation and are rate-limited.

02

It never leaves dead air

If the model is unavailable for any reason, the call routes to a person instead. Failing to a human is the designed behaviour, not an error path someone remembered to add.

03

It answers from your content

Upload what your business actually knows and the AI retrieves from it — on voice and on chat — instead of guessing or escalating a question you have already answered in writing.

A complete contact center underneath

The AI is the part you notice first. What makes it usable at work is everything it is standing on — and all of it is on every plan.

Routing & queues

Skills with proficiency levels, seven distribution strategies, priority and VIP boosts, overflow, service-level targets, wait announcements and callbacks.

Every channel, one queue

Phone, web chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp and social share one set of flows and one team, with separate capacity per channel so a voice call is never interrupted by a chat.

Supervision

A live wallboard, plus listen, whisper and barge on calls and chats — including on a conversation the AI is currently handling.

Quality management

Scorecards, calibration and coaching, with an LLM grading every transcribed call and ended chat against your own QA form rather than a 2% sample.

Workforce management

Erlang-C staffing forecasts at 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals, shift scheduling, and coverage measured against forecast demand.

Reporting

By queue, agent or number, exportable as CSV — or ask a question in plain English and save the answer as a report that re-runs on a schedule.

See every feature

It connects to what you already run

Named because they are wired and working, not because a logo grid looks reassuring.

Carriers

Telnyx and Twilio, or any SIP trunk you already have — keep your numbers and your rates.

Sign-in

Google, Microsoft, generic OIDC and SAML 2.0, with SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning.

Messaging

WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram as first-class channels, plus SMS on your own numbers.

Email

Delivery through SendGrid, handled as tickets with a sticky owner rather than a shared inbox.

Your own systems

The AI reaches your tools through MCP — every call schema-checked, classified read or write, and logged.

Webhooks

Events pushed to whatever you already run, so the platform can drive your systems rather than sit beside them.

REST API

Scoped API keys over the same API the console uses. Nothing is held back for an integrations tier.

Billing

Stripe, so card details never touch us.

Missing something you need? Tell us — at this size, that conversation genuinely sets the order of work.

Two ways to sell contact center software

Most platforms in this category are sold per seat, with the AI as an add-on and the useful features held back for higher tiers. We made the opposite choice on each.

Plans differ by how many people you have and how much usage is included — never by which features you are allowed to touch.

A ten-person team on Pro pays $69 a month plus usage — not ten licences. Once more than one person answers, Small Business is the plan — five times the seats and nearly four times the included usage of Pro, at a lower AI rate. Email and web chat are free; you are never charged per message. Every plan runs the same AI — OpenAI's newest realtime speech-to-speech model, gpt-realtime-2.1 — so the rate changes with the plan and the model never does. Full rate card

Questions buyers raise

Is the AI good enough to put on our main line?
Judge it yourself before you decide. Point a number at it and listen — that takes a few minutes and costs nothing on the free plan. It answers in about a second, handles the call, and hands to a person the moment it should.
What happens when the AI can't help?
It transfers to the right queue, and everything it gathered — why it is handing over, and the details it collected — is on the agent's screen before they say hello. It never dead-ends a caller: if the AI is unavailable for any reason, the call goes to a person.
Can we keep our numbers and our carrier?
Yes. Connect your existing SIP carrier and keep the numbers and rates you have today, or take numbers from us. Nothing about your numbering is locked to us either way.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon for a working line — a flow, a queue, your team signed in. We will build the first one with you rather than hand you a documentation link.
You're a small company. Why take the risk?
A fair question, and we would rather answer it than dodge it. There is no contract to leave, your numbers are portable, your contacts export to CSV, and the privacy tools export everything held against a phone number. How we work with early customers.
Will this pass our security review?
Send us the questionnaire. Security & reliability documents isolation, encryption, privacy tooling, sub-processors and the failure drills we ran — including what we have not done, such as SOC 2.
