Desktop app

The agent workspace,
installed.

The same workspace that runs in the browser — softphone, chat, queues and in-call controls — as a native app for macOS and Windows. Real headset audio, system notifications for incoming calls, and updates that install themselves so nobody on the floor is running last month's build.

Download

One app per platform, one version for everyone. Both update themselves in the background.

macOS

A native softphone built for the platform — encrypted signalling and media, headset controls, and call notifications that break through a busy screen. Runs on macOS 14 or later, on Intel and Apple Silicon alike.

Windows

The full workspace as a desktop app — softphone, chat and queues in one window, with native notifications and a single sign-in for the whole team. Runs on Windows 10 or later, 64-bit.

There is no mobile app today. Installers are published for macOS and Windows only.

Updates are automatic

An agent is not the person who should be deciding when to restart for a patch — so they never have to.

01

Downloaded in the background

The app checks for a new version on its own schedule and fetches it quietly while you work. There is nothing to click and no prompt to dismiss mid-call.

02

Installed on quit, never mid-shift

The new version is applied when the app closes, so a call in progress is never interrupted and the next launch is simply current.

03

Verified before it installs

An update only installs if its cryptographic signature verifies against the app you already have. A tampered or corrupted download is refused, silently and automatically.

Nothing to install

The browser is the same workspace.

The web workspace has the full feature set — calling included, over WebRTC. It is how most teams start, and for a team that changes shape often it may be all you ever need. The desktop app adds native audio and notifications on top; it takes nothing away.
