The tools that let a business answer its customers well were built for enterprises and priced per seat. That made sense when a seat meant a headset and a desk. It makes much less sense when an AI is handling most of the conversations.
Three decisions shaped the product, and everything else follows from them.
Most vendors added a bot in front of an existing phone system, which is why handoffs lose context and the bot cannot be supervised or reported on. Here the AI is an agent the router rings like any other, so it inherits queues, transfers, recording and reporting.
When AI handles a growing share of conversations, per-seat pricing charges you for the wrong thing — and it punishes you for adding the part-time weekend person. We charge a small flat fee and for usage. Adding a teammate is free.
Feature gating exists to create upgrade pressure, not because features cost anything to enable. Plans differ by capacity and included usage. A one-person business gets the same routing engine, the same AI and the same reporting as a 200-seat floor.
RecreateCX is early and run by a small team. We would rather you knew exactly what that means than found out later.
Questions, a security review, a migration, or something you need that we don't do yet.
